Blood Evidence will be Kept in Healea Case
Blood evidence will be kept in the case of the Moniteau County Prosecuting attorney Shayne Healea.
A judge in Macon County made the ruling today (Thursday).
A judge’s warrant to collect Healea’s blood could not be found and his attorneys argued that the evidence should be thrown out.
Helea is accused of backing his truck into a Columbia restaurant in 2014 leaving 4 people with injuries.
70 potential jurors will be called for the trail starting around the 1st of June.
