Isaac Troy signs Letter of Intent to play at Central Methodist University.
“The reason why I chose Central Methodist is they have not only a great basketball program, but a great University. I really liked the size of the University and I knew I would fit in well. Whenever I made my official visit, they made me feel like I belonged at that school. They treated me as if I was already a student there.
