Kidnapping Suspect in Custody

One of the two women accused of kidnapping 3 children on Tuesday before causing a serious crash was arrested at 7:40 last night.

Nia Boldridge of Leavenworth Kansas is being held on a 300 thousand dollar bond. She allegedly was with Demetres Washington, the mother of the kidnapped children, when they collided with another vehicle, struck a guardrail and overturned at the 117 mile marker on Interstate 70. Three people were seriously injured.

Boldridge is scheduled to appear in Boone County Court today at 1:30.
