Centralia Library Grant

Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft announced the Centralia Public Library has received a mini grant to improve technology.

The funds, in the amount of 4765 dollars, will be used to purchase 6 laptops, one charging station and a 3D printer to better meet the expectations of patrons.


The mini grants are funded by the Library Services and Technology Act through the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library services.

In the 2017 fiscal year, the Missouri State Library has approved a total of 89 grant applications, distributing over 718 thousand dollars in federal awards.
