A Portland man is facing charges of rape, kidnapping, domestic assault and property damage.
According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office 26 year old Rusty Rudd went on the run for several after assaulting a victim at around 4:30 am on Thursday March 23rd.
The department says it located Rudd yesterday (Thursday), near Portland where he was arrested.
A judge has ordered Judd to stay in the Callaway County Jail on no bond.
His victim was treated and released from a Columbia Hospital.
