A 16 year old boy is facing charges of 2nd degree murder after an arrest in the death of a man in Jefferson City last month.
According to Jefferson City Police a 16 year old was detained and taken to the Prenger Family Center yesterday (Thursday).
63 year old Jerry Robertson was pronounced dead at a hospital last month after suffering an assault at 1400 East Miller Street.
The 16 year old is also being charged with armed criminal action.
