A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail after an arrest where he was allegedly driving by houses and displaying a gun in a threatening manner.
According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Department 41 year old Timothy Stewart was reported to be driving around in the 5000 block of County Road 123 on Saturday pointing a gun at people.
During the investigation it was found that Stewart was in possession of a bb pistol, and meth.
He is being charged with possession of a controlled substance and 8 counts of 4th degree assault.
