3 arrests are made in Hannibal last (Wednesday) night.
The Hannibal Police Department reports they found a car that had run out of gas on Palmyra Road near College Avenue, and saw one the occupants throw an item out the window, that was later identified as meth.
Police say they also found prescription pills , drug paraphernalia, and arrested 28 year old Joshua Rickey, 22 year old Austin Rickey of Hannibal and 30 year old Kenny Schwieter of Shelbyville.
The men were taken to the Marion County Jail.
