A two car accident in Jefferson last (Monday) leaves 3 people with minor injuries.
According to the Jefferson City Police Department it happened just before 5:30 at the intersection of Highway 179 and Highway 54.
Police say a 16 year old girl was coming up to the ramp on Highway 54 and was turning left and was hit on the passenger side of her vehicle by a car driven by 69 year old Keith Birge of Jefferson City.
Birge and his passenger 68 year old Dorothy Birge, and the 16 year old girl were all taken to the Capital Region Medical Center.
