Centralia Renames Section of Road Economic Expanison

The City of Centralia is renaming a section of a road in order for a local business to expand.

The decision to rename a section of Randolph Road to Roland was made by the Centralia Board of Alderman at last night’s meeting.

Centralia City Adminstrator Matt Harline says the road will now extend south to Highway 22 which will open some land for a local assembly plant Show-Me Short Line to expand.

Harline says the company is looking to start the expansion later on this year.
