Heroin Problem in Rural Missouri

The heroin drug problem is finding its way into rural Missouri.

Montgomery County Deputy Matt Schoo says they received a warning about six to eight months ago.

Schoo says along with a drug problem comes an increase in stealing.

Schoo reports the average heroin addict spends about two hundred dollars per day.
