A plea hearing is scheduled for next week for one of the suspects involved in a bank robbery and police chase in Audrain and Montgomery County.
David Franklin will be in court on February 7th to plead on 2 counts of assault on law enforcement, 2 counts of armed criminal action, tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
Franklin was allegedly one of 3 men that robbed the Martinsburg Bank and Trust in Martinsburg, leading to a police chase in which numerous shots were fired on November 2nd, 2016.
Cecil Golden has already been sentenced to 12 years in prison for his role in the crime. The third person involved, Wade Sargent, was found in a home during the search for the suspects deceased from a self inflicted gunshot wound.
