One person suffered non-life threatening injuries after being shot in what is believed by authorities to be an armed home invasion around 2:00 yesterday afternoon in the 5000 block of North Creasy Springs Road.[Friday]
The name of the victim is not being released at this time.
19 year old James Troy has been arrested in relation to this incident. He is being held without bond on suspicion of assault, burglary, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
Deputies arrested him on Hackberry Boulevard, and found a gun in the same area that had been reported stolen last November.
Troy is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
