One arrest is made after a Mississippi man hits a parked car on South Coal at Guthrie in Mexico last (Sunday) night.
According to the accident report it happened when Emmanuel Phillips was turning northbound off Guthrie onto Coal and hit a parked car and then left.
Officers say they located and arrested Phillips a short time later for leaving the scene of an accident.
No injuries were reported.
