Miller County Teacher Facing Sexual Misconduct Charges

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office ontained a warrant for a former Miller County R3 school teacher for sexual misconduct in the second degree.

35 year old Joseph Rice the fourth is now employed with a Camden County School District.

He is accused of soliciting sexually explicit photographs and contact from a 16 year old Miller County student after a long term investigation.

Rice has been released on a 2 thousand dollar bond from the Camden County Jail.

Multiple agencies were involved in the investigation.
