The Mexico Bulldogs Baseball Team came up just short of winning their first game of the season last night against Marshall losing by a score of 6 to 5.
The game was scheduled to be played in Mexico but had to be moved to Marshall because of field conditions here in Mexico.
The Bulldogs are now 0-4 on the year and 0-1 in the NCMC.
The 25th ranked Missouri Tigers Baseball Team remain undefeated at home after taking down Arkansas State 11-1 yesterday (Tuesday). Mizzou has now won 10 consecutive games to open the season, going into last year the Tigers have 13 straight home wins.
The Central Missouri Jennies Basketball team will be playing for a trip to the NCAA Women’s National Title game tonight (Wednesday).
A show down is set against the 7th seeded Union University Lady Bulldogs tonight (Wednesday) at 6pm.
In Spring Training baseball the St. Louis Cardinals dropped a game 8-7 to the New York Mets.
The Kansas City Royals bested the San Francisco Giants 10-1.
