A change of venue has been granted to Warren County for Richard Henry II for the murder Leon Wilder III in July of last year.
Henry is charged with first degree murder for allegedly shooting Wilder, then dumping his body out of a truck on Audrain County Road 997.
According to court records, Henry’s defense attorney, Mary Joe Smith, has notified the court of her intention of take depositions from the 2 other people arrested in this case, Arline Diedrich and Justin Traughber.
Henry remains in the Audrain County Jail, with a trial scheduled for June 25.
