Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley has turned evidence over to St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner.
Hawley is accusing Greitens of improperly utilizing and transmitting a list of donors to his charity, The Mission Continues, for the purpose of campaign fundraising.
Hawley said in a press conference today [Tuesday] he turned over the evidence yesterday, and it is now up to Gardner if charges for felony computer tampering will be filed against the governor.
Hawley also said the statute of limitations is quickly approaching and filing decisions will have to be made quickly.
