Two Defendants Pleading Not Guilty in Debrodie Death Case

Two of the defendants facing charges in relation to the death of Carl DeBrodie is pleading not guilty.

According to Callaway County Jail records, 34 year old Mary K. Paulo bonded out of jail yesterday (Wednesday).


Her bond was set at two thousand dollars cash only, and she is charged with making a false report of a missing person.

Mary Paulo’s lawyer has filed a motion for production asking for the state to disclose certain information.

According to court documents another defendant in the case 53 year old Sherry K. Paulo who was the manager of the Second Chance Homes where Debrodie lived before he died is also pleading not guilty.

Sherry Paulo remains in the Callaway County Jail with no bond.
