At the July 13 meeting of the Climate Weather Committee it was recommended that phase 2 of Missouri’s Drought Plan move forward.
This phase includes declaring a Drought Alert for 47 Missouri Counties, including Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Monroe and Randolph.
