Man Asks Court To Revoke Probation

A Mexico man will serve 5 years in prison after violating his probation.

According to court records, Casey Jolly was initially placed on probation for second degree burglary in Monroe County. He failed to abide by the terms of his probation by being arrested in Audrain and Callaway Counties on suspicion of additional burglaries.


Jolly did not specifically admit to any violations other than the arrests, and requested his probation be revoked.
