A Fulton man is being held without bond after police were called around 4:30 yesterday afternoon [Sunday] to Anthony Street for a Domestic Disturbance.

When officers arrived they found a 45 year old woman had been assaulted.

Investigation led to 51 year old Darrell Giboney.

He is charged with domestic assault, kidnapping, unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with a victim.

He is being held in the Callaway County Jail.
