The University of Missouri announced today [Tuesday] all tobacco products are banned from campus.
The new rule was announce din a newsletter. The announcement is part of an initiative that began 5 years ago.
While cigarettes were previously banned on campus, the new rule adds chewing tobacco and e-cigarettes to the list.
MU is encouraging those on campus to spread the word and report violations.
