The Mexico Wrestling Team was in Odessa for an invitational over the weekend.
Carter Maxwell placed 6th with three team points. Brayan Juarez placed 4th, Kevin Duong had a 2nd place finish with 12 team points.

Several first place finishes by Dillon Nichols and Jaeden Pottenbaum, Kellen Ekern, Jakob Bradley, and Terese Aaron.
With second place finishes Wyatt Turner, and Hale Fuemmeler.
In the Sturgeon Tournament on Saturday for the boys host team Sturgeon defeated South Callaway 54-51 in the championship game.
Kenny Stone had 24 points for Sturgeon.
The New Bloomfield boys big time over New Franklin 62-33 to take 3rd place.
The Consolation game saw the Salisbury boys beat Community R-VI 56-51.
