Missouri Attorney General Files Lawsuit Against Branson Duck Boat Business’s

Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley is filing a lawsuit against Branson Duck Vehicles, LLC and Ripley Entertainment, Inc.

The lawsuit was filed yesterday (Friday) in Taney County is asking the court to stop the companies from operating duck boats in the state.


In the lawsuit Hawley accuses the companies of violating the Missouri Merchandising Practices act, and committed safety violations by ignoring life jack requirements and weather warnings.

Last month 17 people drowned while taking a tour of Table Rock Lake on a Branson Duck Vehicles, LLC duck boat capsized during a severe storm.
