Columbia Police are investigating following a bank robbery at Great Southern Bank at 3200 South Providence Road this morning. [Friday]
Investigation has revealed a white male entered the bank at 11:39AM with a firearm and demanded money from an employee. He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as being a slim white male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was wearing clothing to hide his identity including a dark sweatshirt, mask and gloves.
