Investigation Continuing In Deadly Hermann Vehicle/Trolley Collision

An investigation is ongoing into the trolley collision that killed one person and sent several to the hospital in Hermann.

The crash happened between 1:30 and 2 on Saturday afternoon, when a car and trolley crashed on MO 100 south of Hermann.

The driver of the car that collided with the trolley 55 year old Paula Heidemann was killed and 13 year old Autumn Kibbons, and 8 year old Grace Sullivan were taken to area hospitals in serious condition.

The driver of the trolley 55 year old Jeffrey Mueller had minor injuries, and the occupants of the trolley received injuries ranging from minor to moderate.

The Missouri Highway Patrol’s Major Investigation Unit responded to the crash.
