Man Arrested For Child Sexual Abuse
The Miller County Sheriff’s Office received a report of child sexual abuse at an address outside of Eldon on October 24.
Deputies learned a child less than 12 years of age had allegedly been abused by Justin Bukowsky. He was arrested later in the evening, and admitted the abuse to detectives.
Bukowsky has been charged by the Miller County Prosecutor with three counts of statutory sodomy and is currently being held at the Miller County Jail on a $300 thousand bond.
