MU Health and SSM Health Purchase Discussions Progressing
Discussions with MU Health and SSM Health are progressing.
The UM Board of Curators Health Affairs held a meeting in Columbia yesterday (Monday).
According to the CEO of MU Health Jonathan Curtright the due diligence talks are continuing and an answer will be coming soon as to whether the purchase would make sense for the MU Health System.
In August MU Health signed a letter of intent with SSM Health to purchase SSM Audrain, and St. Mary’s Hospital in Jefferson City.
Curtright say MU Health is hoping to have something decided by the middle of 2019.
