Columbia Police are investigating after an armed robbery in the parking lot of Lazer Lanes on Grindstone Parkway in Columbia last night. [Tuesday]
According to the Police Department, the victim met the suspect at Lazer Lanes to sell a Playstation 4 that had been listed on Facebook Marketplace for $200. When the victim arrived, the suspect who had said they wanted to purchase the Playstation displayed a weapon and took the item without paying for it.
The suspect is described as a female in a gray GMC Envoy.
The police department reminds community members the lobby of the police station at the corner of Sixth and Walnut can be used to meet strangers for buying and selling items.
