A statement from the postal service says all regular mail deliveries, retail services and administrative office activity will be shut down, but some limited package delivery will take place on that day to ensure the network remains fluid, and there are no impacts to package delivery operations.
President Bush will be honored with a state funeral. He will like in state in the Capitol Rotunda from today [Monday] through Wednesday morning.
