A Columbia man is facing charges of burglary and stealing after an arrest in Mexico yesterday (Wednesday).
Mexico Public Safety officers went to the 600 block of Whitley to a call of a vehicle being rummaged through and some change being stolen.
Due to some video footage from a home owner 52 year old Randy L. Jennings was arrested.
Jennings was also linked to a home burglary on Tuesday.
He was taken to the Audrain County Jail.
