Police Arrest Man Wanted For Fulton Burglary

The Fulton Police Department is reporting a man they were seeking in relation to a burglary on Vine Street has been taken into custody.

Thirty two year old Robert Lee Pittman Jr. was located at around 2:50 this afternoon [Tuesday] and transported to the Callaway County Jail.

Police say Pittman forced entry into a residence and physically assaulted a victim and poured gasoline throughout the home and on a family pet.

The incident was witnessed by children in the home.

Pittman is being held without bond on numerous charges including burglary, child endangerment, animal abuse and armed criminal action.
