The suspect wanted in connection to a death of an MU student last month is now arrested.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Department 19 year old Carson Latimer was arrested and is being charged with delivery of a controlled substance.
Latimer is accused of selling drugs to MU student Boston Perry who was found unresponsive on January 22nd at a MU residence hall and later pronounced dead.
A prescription bottle with four and half Percocet was also found near Perry.
According to a witness, Carson Latimer met with Perry the night before and sold Percocet to Perry.
Latimer is being held on a fifty thousand dollar bond.
