Flood waters continue to be an issue in Missouri with the closure of Missouri 94 between Mokane and Portland, however, the State Emergency Management Agency has downgraded operations.
SEMA is now working at a level four, which is primarily “enhanced monitoring.”
Governor Mike Parson declared a level 3 on Friday morning.
