Apartment Complex Fire In Bowling Green

One firefighter was taken to a hospital for observation after an apartment complex fire early this morning [Friday] in Bowling Green.

Authorities are working to uncover the cause of a fire that was reported at around 4:48.

Twenty people in seven apartments were affected by the blaze.

The building, located at 100 Creekside Drive is owned and managed by the North East Community Action Corporation.

NECAC reports the building is insured and will be demolished. There is no decision about rebuilding.
