Moberly Police made an arrest after a short foot pursuit in the 700 block of South Clark Street yesterday [Tuesday] afternoon.
Officers observed Tracy Tullous in the back yard of a home and were aware he had two felony warrants for his arrest.
When he noticed the officers he attempted to hide behind a shed before fleeing on foot through yards to the north.
The officer was able to apprehend him, and he was taken into custody without further incident.
Tullous is being held a $50 thousand cash only bond. New charges for resisting arrest are pending.
