One person is now in the Audrain County Jail after turning himself in following a shooting that killed a Mexico teen on Wednesday night.
According to Mexico Public Safety 18 year old Javone L. Hornbeak turned himself in yesterday (Thursday) morning due to an investigation into a the incident that happened in the 900 block of Tyronn Lue Boulevard that left 17 year old Tornez Burton dead and old 17 year old Jzyeshawn Palmer of injured with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Hornbeak was arrested for Unlawful Use of Weapon and Armed Criminal Action and could face additional charges and other could be charged as well as the investigation continues.
