A Fulton man was sentenced to 25 years in prison today [Friday] in Callaway County after admitting to one count of endangering the welfare of a child and four counts of child molestation in the second degree.
Thirty nine year old Raymond Webster Ryan said he was operating a vehicle at speeds in excess of 90 miles per hour while leading officers on a multi-county pursuit in June of 2017.
Investigators were looking into allegations Ryan had sexually abused four children between the ages of 11 and 15 between January and June of 2017. Ryan admitted he had inappropriately touched the children on different occasions.
Under Missouri law, Ryan must serve at least 85 percent of his sentence, and will not be eligible for parole for over 20 years.
