Several agencies partnered together this afternoon [Tuesday] to bring awareness to Earth Day at Fairgrounds Park.
Students and community members gathered and spoke with representatives from the Missouri Department of Conservation, Federal Soil and Water, the City of Mexico and more.
The different agencies provided educational activities for the families.
The Audrain County Health Department is hosting a free car seat safety check event today (Friday). State certified technicians will be on hand to do safety checks at the health department located at 1130 South Elmwood Drive in Mexico from 1-3 this (Friday) afternoon.
