Mexico Bulldogs Baseball Falls To Battle Spartans
The Mexico Bulldogs baseball team lost 7-3 to the Battle Spartans tonight (Wednesday).
It was Senior Night at the ball park.
11 seniors were honored and their moms threw out the first pitch.
It was a great first inning for Mexico with three singles by Gage Worley, Cole Whalen, and Cody Rowe added an RBI.
The Bulldogs would take a 3-2 lead into the 7th inning but Battle came back with 5 runs in the inning and walked away with the road win.
The Bulldogs go on the road tomorrow (Thursday) night against conference rival Fulton.
