A Mexico man is recovering after a car crash on Route D in Audrain County around 8:00 last night. [Tuesday]
According to the Highway Patrol Crash Report, 74 year old Donald Smiley went off the left side of the road and hit a culvert, causing him to become airborne.
Smiley was taken by ambulance to SSM St. Mary’s Audrain with moderate injuries.
