A Mexico man is facing Second Degree Burglary charges after an arrest last (Sunday) night.
Mexico Public Safety says they received a call about some suspicious activity in the 600 block of North Washington around 8:20 last (Sunday) night.
Officers say they found 22 year old Darien W. Mills had broken into an unoccupied home and was trying to steal some items.
Mills was arrested and taken to the Audrain County Jail.
