Another Round Of Storms Predicted For Wednesday

The National Weather Service is predicting a second round of severe weather for tonight. [Wednesday]

A tornado watch was issued this afternoon for Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Montgomery, Pike, Monroe, Ralls, Shelby, Cooper, Saline, Howard, Pettis, Chariton and Randolph Counties until 11:00.


The National Weather Service reports severe thunderstorms are expected this evening and tonight. Large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible.

The greatest threat will be between 6:00 and midnight, but severe storms are possible throughout the overnight hours.
