A St. Louis judge issued an order today [Friday] allowing Planned Parenthood to continue providing abortion service.
Judge Michael Stelzer heard arguments from Planned Parenthood and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services yesterday.
The decision came just hours before the clinic’s license was set to expire.
The state cited concerns about “failed abortions” and safety and legal violations.
