Mexico Public Safety Report For 7/9/19

POLICE LIGHTS

Calls For Service:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Monday).

A stealing or theft at Mars and MacFarlane.

Leaving without paying for gas at South Clark.

A report of animal abuse or neglect on South Morris and at 4820 South Clark.

A missing juvenile at Carrico.

Shots fired called in on North Jefferson.

Car Accidents:

Mexico Public Safety responded to a two car accident on South Clark at Hamilton yesterday (Monday).

According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 41 year old Rebecca Radford of Centralia was making a turn into the South Trails Shopping Center, and failed to a keep a proper lookout, pulling in front of a vehicle driven by 85 year old Otto Hendricks of Herman when both vehicles collided.

No injuries were reported.

A 2 car accident on Morris at Monroe. According to the accident report it happened yesterday (Monday) afternoon when a vehicle driven by 61 year old Roger D. Vance of Mexico was attempting to turn and failed to keep a proper lookout for a vehicle driven by 78 year old Darlene M. Spencer of Mexico who was directly in front of her.

A rear end collision happened.

Spencer complained of head pain and was checked out at the scene by EMS.
