A new fuel tank is on the way to the Mexico Memorial Airport.
City Councilman Chris Miller says they accepted a low bid from Mid-State Petroleum Equipment at last (Monday) night’s meeting.
Miller says it should take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the tank to be built and put into place.
The bid was for fifteen thousand, one hundred seventy four dollars and fourteen cents.
