Mexico Public Safety Report For 8/19/19

ARRESTS:

Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 20 year old Jason L. Hagen on Friday for a Warren County Parole and Probation Warrant.

33 year old Amanda R. Good arrested on Saturday, August 17th for a Callaway County Warrant.

Also arrested on Saturday, 51 year old Jami L. Lewis for a Ralls County Warrant.

POLICE LIGHTS

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls over the weekend starting on Friday, August 16th:

Threats on North Clark.

Animal abuse/neglect reported at the South Trail’s Shopping Center on South Clark.

A scam at Rivers Drive.

A stealing theft on 4820 South Clark.

Shop lifting at 2813 South Clark.

Public safety went to these calls on Saturday, August 17th:

Threats on Marine Drive.

A stealing or theft at 4820 South Clark.

A missing person reported on South Clark.

Mexico Public Safety responded to these calls for service yesterday (Sunday):

A report of animal abuse or neglect on MacFarlane.

A fire on Bennington.

Drug activity in progress at the West Love Apartments.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A one car accident yesterday (Sunday) at 4700 South Clark.

According to the accident report it happened around 8:18 pm when 17 year old Reese Toalson passed out while driving and collided with some mailboxes.

No injuries reported.

 

A two car accident yesterday (Sunday) on East Liberty at Agriculture.

The accident report reads that a vehicle driven by  Adrian Lawson of Mexico failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a vehicle driven by  Lillian Sargent of Mexico.

No injuries.

 

A semi crossing the South Clark Bridge the cause of a scrape.

Public safety says  it happened on Friday, August 16th when a semi driven by 29 year old William Ferrell was crossing and scraped the bridge.

No injuries.

 

A one vehicle accident on Concordia at Curtis.

According to the accident report it happened when 67 year old Donald Fisher Jr. was pulling a trailer with his vehicle and while making a right turn, hit a stop sign.

No injuries reported.
