A death investigation report for a man accused of killing 5 people, including one in Montgomery County in 2016, was released over the weekend.
According to the report, 43 year old Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino was found hanging from a bed sheet from a metal light fixture in his cell. Dried toilet paper was found to be covering the camera inside Serrano-Vitorino’s cell on April 9.
He was transported to St. Louis University Hospital where he was pronounced “dead on arrival” at 3:06 a.m.
Investigators found a hand written letter to someone named Heather, thanking her for her assistance and asking for her to give drawing to Camila. The note ended with “adios.”
Serrano-Vitorino was accused of killing Randy Nordman in New Florence, as well as 4 people in Kansas City, Kansas.
