A death investigation report for a man accused of killing 5 people, including one in Montgomery County in 2016, was released over the weekend.
According to the report, 43 year old Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino was found hanging from a bed sheet from a metal light fixture in his cell. Dried toilet paper was found to be covering the camera inside Serrano-Vitorino’s cell on April 9.
