A Martinsburg trucking company owner is being recognized with an iconic award.
George Schafer the owner of George Schafer Trucking was recognized as the winner of the Pride In Your Ride lifetime achievement award winner this past weekend.
Schafer started in 1975 with a small fleet of trucks, and says he was completely surprised to get the award.
Schafer was presented the award on this past Saturday at the Warrenton Truck Show, there has been only one other person to receive the honor.
